The California Governor’s office acknowledges our stance, as car sales align with the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers exception. This recognition is supported by references in the Executive Order, particularly highlighting car sales in Transportation & Logistics, Other Government Operations, and Financial Services.

Despite global order ambiguities, dealers should keep the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers exception available if they proceed with sales. However, caution is advised as some counties, like Fresno, prohibit car sales.
